1.1ce Cream

Well, everyone loves ice cream. Nowadays, however,  ice cream is full of sugar, fat, artificial coloring and flavors. In one word? There is more chemistry in that than in fuel contaminated areas. Many of the substances in the ice cream are neurotics, which are the chemicals that damage the brain and nervous system. There are some healthy options when eating ice cream, such as sorbet, but most ice cream is not good for your health.



2. Corn and Tortilla Chips

Genetically modified times 10! Most corn that we eat is hazardous to your health. Corn causes rapid blood sugar fluctuations. How can you figure out you’re having a problem caused by this? Mood – swings, rapid weight gain or even irritability are the symptoms. Most Chips are fried in old oil which is really like a poison to your body


3. Pizza

Let’s put it straight. Not all pizza is dangerous. But all available on commercial market is. The are made of artificial dough conditioners and preservatives. The frozen and ‘fast food’ pizzas are made of bleached flour which reacts just like sugar when it gets to your digestive system. First you gain weight, second you run the risk of blood sugar imbalances which may lead to diabetes.


4. French Fries

Trans fats are not the only thing that makes Fries a very dangerous food. They contain probably one of the most hazardous and carcinogenic of all substances which can be found in food – it is called acrylamide. It is formed when you heat potatoes at high temperatures. We don’t even mention about the oil about which we wrote above.


5. Potato Chips

Just like Corn Chips and French Fries but they contain the most acrylamide which is a carcinogen


6. Bacon

Sorry guys. Bacon IS bad. An article in medical journal “Circulation” wrote that if you eat a lot of processed meats like bacon on a daily basis and you do it regularly the risk of heart disease increases by 42 percent and diabetes by 19 percent. The University of Columbia scientists found that there was a link between eating bacon and lung disfunction.


7. Hot Dogs

Experts from University of Hawaii found that when you consume hot dogs the risk of pancreatic cancer increases by 67 per cent. Sodium nitrite which is found in both hot dogs and bacon is a carcinogen which is linked to leukaemia in children and brain tumours in infants. Some others experts claim that sodium nitrate can be responsible for colorectal cancer.


8. Doughnuts

Most doughnuts contain 35 to 40 per cent of trans fats. Trans fats are the worst kind of fats you could ever eat. Heart and brain diseases are caused by  them. Many cancers are also the result of eating too much of trans fats. Have we mentioned that one doughnut contains nearly 400 calories?


9. Soda

First: One can od soda contains about 10 teaspoons of sugar, 150 calories, about 50 mg of caffeine, vast number of artificial colours and sulphites. Second: It is extremely acidic. You would have to drink over 30 cups of water to neutralise its acidity. Why acidity is dangerous? Because your kidneys have to filter it. During that process  calcium is dumped to the blood to help neutralize acidity, but this calcium comes from bones which can actually weaken the bones after some time. Third: osteoporosis, obesity, tooth decay and heart disease? Enough?


10. Diet Soda

It is simple. It is as soda but you have some free additions. Aspartame is often connected with such conditions as: anxiety attacks, Lyme disease, Ménière’s disease, multiple sclerosis, postpolio syndrome, binge-eating and sugar cravings, Epstein-Barr virus, Huntington’s chorea, hypothyroidism, Lou Gehrig’s disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, chronic fatigue syndrome, reproductive problems, muscle cramps, joint pain, headaches and migraines, hearing loss, depression, birth defects, hyperactivity, muscle cramps, blindness, brain tumors, insomnia, dizziness, chest pain, blindness, heart palpitations.
