எழுபது வயதான ஒரு முதியவருக்கு ஒரு நோய் ஏற்பட்டது. அவரால் சிறு நீர் கழிக்க முடியவில்லை. வைத்தியரிடம் சென்ற போது, ஒரு சத்திர சிகிச்சைக்குத் தயாராகும் படி கூறப்பட்டது. இந்த நோய் அவருக்கு தாங்க முடியாத வலியையும் ஏனைய பல பிரச்சினைகளையும் பல நாட்களாக ஏற்படுத்தி இருந்ததால், சத்திர சிகிச்சைக்கு முதியவர் உடன்பட்டார்.
சிகிச்சை வெற்றிகரமாக முடிந்த பின், செலவு அறிக்கை அவர் முன் வைக்கப்பட்டது. Bill ஐப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட முதியவர், அதனைப் பார்த்தவாறு அழத் தொடங்கினார். இதனை அவதானித்த வைத்தியர், "கட்டணம் அதிகம் என்று கருதுகிறீர்களா? ஏதாவது கழிவுகள் தர முயற்சிக்கிறோம்" என்று கனிவோடு கூறினார். அதற்கு முதியவர், "அந்த Bill இல் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள தொகைக்காக நான் அழவில்லை. 70 வருடங்களாக எந்தத் தடங்கலுமின்றி என்னை சிறு நீர் கழிக்க வைத்த அல்லாஹ், அதற்காக எந்த Bill ஐயும் அனுப்பவில்லையே...... அப்படிப்பட்ட அவனது கருணையை நினைத்து அழுகிறேன்" என்று நா தழுதழுக்கக் கூறி முடித்தார்.
".............மேலும், அல்லாஹ்வின் அருளை அளவிடை நினைத்தால், அவற்றை உங்களால் எண்ணி முடிக்கவே முடியாது.............." (சூறா இப்ராஹீம்)
